In some areas, women and children still walk long distances daily to fetch water, while poor sanitation systems continue to affect health, education, and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The challenge is no longer about awareness. It is about implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As leaders celebrate Africa Day through speeches, forums, and symbolic events, many Africans are looking for practical solutions, timelines, and accountability.
