The supreme organ of ACALAN is the AU Conference of Ministers of Culture or Specialized Technical Committee on Youth, Culture and Sport (STC-YCS).     ACALAN\u2019s resources come from voluntary contributions from Member States, subventions from the AU, services, product sales and donations.<\/p>

    According to Article 26 of its statutes, the resources of ACALAN shall be obtained from:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • Voluntary contributions from Member States<\/li>
    • The services of ACALAN<\/li>
    • The sale of products of ACALAN<\/li>
    • Subventions from the AU and other organizations<\/li>
    • Donations and legacies approved by the Board<\/li>
